NTA to conduct JEE mains 2020 and NEET examination

DC, Dimapur, Rajesh Soundararajan, has informed that the JEE mains 2020 and NEET examination to be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) will be held from September 1 to 6 and September 13 respectively.

According to DIPR report, candidates on production of admit card for the said examination will be allowed entry into the state of Nagaland; After entry, the candidates may be allowed unhindered movement through all police check gates/check post following all safety protocols to their residences and quarantine provided their residences have facilities for home quarantine. If candidates do not have the required facilities, they will be quarantined in a paid facility-hotel/lodges; Candidates on the day of examination will directly proceed from their residence/paid facilities to the examination centres while maintaining social distancing norms; After appearing the examination, if the candidate wishes to stay back in the state, he/she will need to undergo necessary testing for COVID-19 as per the SOPs in place.
