NTAC volunteers damage police gypsy in Kma

One gypsy belonging to police department was reportedly damaged by the NTAC volunteers on Thursday at high school junction Kohima during the ongoing indefinite bandh against the government offices and government vehicles. The soft top gypsy windshield and side windows were broken after it was intercepted by volunteers at high school junction on Thursday afternoon and later shifted to local ground Kohima.  Hundreds of volunteers were seen at every junction and points in the state capital to check any violator in view of the indefinite bandh against the movement of government vehicles and opening of government offices.
AYO media cell stated that the organizations came to learn from reliable sources that some government officials/ employees were operating official works outside office premises defying the bandh called on the functioning of any governmental activities.
Therefore, the Angami Youth Organisation (AYO) strongly postulated that any government officials/ employees operating official works or carrying out any governmental activities at their residence or any other venues would solely be held responsible for any consequences.
The AYO further reminded that the restriction for government vehicles was indefinite.
Any government vehicles plying before or after the purview of the bandh called strictly for office hours would be doing so at their own risk and AYO would not be held responsible for any unprecedented incidents.
