Union minister for DONER and Panchayati Raj, Mani Shankar Aiyar, will inaugurate the Nagaland University (NU)- Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management Kerala (IIITM-K) Education Grid Link on July 12 at the Travancore Hall, Technopark, Trivandrum.
