Kelhoukhrietuo Nagi, a research scholar from the Department of Management, Nagaland University, was awarded Best Paper Presenter at an international conference held on July 4 and 5.
The conference, titled “Reimagining Business Management: Innovation, Inclusion and Indian Knowledge Systems,” was jointly organised by the North Eastern Management Association (NEMA) and Tripura University.
According to a press release from NU PRO, Nagi’s research paper, “Assessing the Influence of Psychological Capital on Agripreneurial Intention among Business Students in Nagaland,” was co-authored with his PhD supervisor, Dr. Dhrubajyoti Bordoloi, Assistant Professor, Department of Management. The study highlighted how psychological traits influence students’ interest in taking up agriculture-based entrepreneurship—an area considered vital for rural and economic development. A five-member team of research scholars from the department also attended the event, along with Head of Department, Prof. Khundrakpam Devananda Singh, and Dr. Bordoloi.
