Nagaland Urban Council Federation (NUCF) commended the State Election Commission (SEC) for successful conduct of the Urban Local Bodies (ULB) election in the state. In press release NUCF president, Thejao Sekhose, general secretary Zasivikho Zakiesato and secretary Kegwayhun Tep lauded commended government agencies, police and district administration.
NUCF also congratulated all winners and encouraged them to fulfil the promises to the ward electorates and acknowledged the significant public participation after a gab of two decades.
The forum also recognized the losing candidates for their sincere commitment and encouraged them to remain agents of change alongside their elected councilors.
