Nukhu flees dissidents’ camp

NPF central youth wing has welcomed the bold decision taken by MLA Deo Nukhu for returning to the main stream and termed it as a victory for the people of Chizami Assembly Constituency.
NPF central youth president N Vihoshe Swu and the working president Bendangtoshi Longchar have appreciated the bold decision taken by Deo Nukhu stating that it is the work of God to escape him from the clutches of ‘power mongers.’
IN welcoming Deo Nukhu, NPF Youth Wing expressed hope that the others legislators who are confined in the Sovima camp would also follow suit.
“It is unfortunate that the rebel camp is keeping some of the legislators under forceful confinement at Rio Villa much against their will and promising them with all false hopes by some of the leaders,” the statement said further appealed to all legislators at Rio Villa to come back to the party main stream so as to provide stable government to the people of Nagaland.
In a separate statement, president of NPF youth wing, Wokha division, Zanthungo Shitiri has appealed to all other legislators to follow the sagacious decision of Deo Nukhu, who voluntarily step out of rebel camp for the better future of the younger generation.
The unit president has attributed the present situation to be the creation of once most popular former chief minister, Neiphiu Rio. He said the people of the state never expected  that Neiphiu Rio would create such political chaos in the state after his misadventure in Delhi.
He has termed it as ‘unfortunate’ that Rio had successfully organized the dissident group within the NPF party and has made a coup like situation in the state, which younger generation cannot forgive for giving them such a future.
