Nuklutoshi asks NPGs to unite

Minister for National Highways, Mechanical Engineering & Election, Nuklutoshi urged upon the civil societies to voiced out for unification amongst all Naga Political Groups. 
The minister said this while inaugurating Yaongyimsen village gate, Nukshiyim and Nukshiyim Community Halls on August 29. 
He appealed to the people to welcome the Peace Accord, signed between NSCN (I-M) and Government of India and not to be confused with the contents of the accord. 
The Accord was for the foundation, to bring a permanent and final solution to the Naga political issue, after taking on board, all the stakeholders, he added. 
Pointing out that Aos being the pioneering tribe in varied field, he reminded the community to play a pro-active role to propagate the essence of Naga untiy at this opportune moment.
The minister also lauded the NSCN (I-M) Collective leadership for the landmark achievement.
Quoting the speech of Th. Muivah, “forget and forgive the past mistakes’’, Nuklutoshi said “if he (Muivah) meant it from the heart, God would bless him and the Nagas would appreciate his leadership”. Earlier, short speeches were delivered by L Yanger Lemtur and chairman, Village council Yaongyimsen. Welcome address was delivered by council chairman,T Yasi, Nukshiyim. The function was chaired by Limasenla Imsong.
Meanwhile, the minister also laid the foundation for ‘2017 AKM Memorial Complex’, at GMS Changtongya ‘B’ Compound and lauded the people of Changtongya for their hard work and creativity.  AKM president, L. Jemti Longchar and Tatar Ctn, Tiasunep also graced the occasion.
