Minister for National Highway, Mechanical and Election, Nuklutoshi graced the opening of the 32nd Tobu Area Students’ Union (TASU) general session cum sports meet as chief guest on January 12.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest urged the TASU and general public to wake from slumber and to do away with narrow mindedness. He further said that the young generation is the pillar of tomorrow’s society. Therefore he urged the student community to cultivate farsighted vision for the betterment and progress of the society.
The chief guest was accompanied advisor NEPED/NBDA, Naiba Konyak, executive engineer national highway Mokokchung, AKM officials, party leaders and Chuchuyimlang village council.
The minister also inaugurated the newly constructed concrete road leading to Newman Higher Secondary school from main town junction.
