NUSU (L) election-cum-valedictory ceremony

The 20th valedictory ceremony held of Nagaland University Students Union, Lumami (NUSU L) was held on May 31 on the theme “Adventure Awaits” where Prof. Pardeshi Lal, vice-chancellor Nagaland University, Lumami graced the occasion as the chief guest. 
The chief guest emphasised on the theme and encouraged the outgoing students to start with determination and march forward with confidence towards achieving their goal. He further added that in order to reach their goal one must be ready to accept challenges and never give up. 
The programme was chaired by T. Lemteshi of Geography department and invocation by Grace Thyü, president of Evangelical Union, Lumami. 
The welcome address was delivered by K. Chumseli Anar the newly elected president, speech from Chubalemba B. Chang the outgoing president (NUSU, L) also spoke on behalf of his executives, Bonoka of 4th semester presented a speech on behalf of outgoing students where special prayer for the students was done by Zhekiye Aye, pastor Youth, Lumami Baptist Church.
On May 26, the NUSU (L) held its election where new office bearers were elected for the tenure of 2017-18 led by president K. Chumseli Anar, general secretary Esther Lohe along with 14 others.
