A weeklong observation of national consumer day (NCD) will be launched by Nagaland Voluntary Consumers’ Organisation (NVCO) and department of Legal Metrology & Consumer Protection (LM&CP) Nagaland at the state capital on December 18. The state government and NVCO will be observing the programme till December 24 under the theme, “the substainable consumer”.
