NVCO on significance of consumers day

Nagaland Voluntary Consumers’ Organization (NVCO) has informed that observance of “National Consumer Day” (NCD) held on December 24 was the responsibility of the public, government agencies and state government for promoting welfare of consumers and protection of their rights.
A press note from NVCO media cell has appealed to every citizen/consumer to always remain alert while buying goods and availing services.
NVCO assured the citizens that the organisation would continually fight for the interest of consumers and it was all set to reach out the rights of the consumers in every nook and corner of the state.
NVCO also informed public not to hesitate in approaching the consumer forum or state consumer disputes redressal commission to assert their rights, whenever necessary.
