Terming the September 8 rape incident at Ngwalwa village as “intolerable” and “unacceptable”, the Northern Zeme Women Organisation (NZWO) demanded stern action against the accused. In a memorandum to DC Peren, NZWO president, Iliachangle Haikube and secretary, Meukule demanded prompt action and justice be delivered at the earliest.
