Inauguration of the newly constructed OBASS Guest House at New Chümoukedima, stands indefinitely postponed till further notice. OBASS president Abeio Kire, IFS(Retd) said this was decided in order to show respect to those killed at Oting on December 4 and also as solidarity with grieving families.
