Oriental Colony Youth Organisation (OCYO) has informed all residents of the colony to dump garbage at proper disposal place demarcated by the colony panchayat. OCYO has also cautioned against dumping of animal carcasses on the dumping site and has requested every resident to comply by the civic rules. OCYO has informed that defaulters would be liable for strict punishment with a fine of Rs. 5000.
