Old Dhansiri Bridge would be closed down for vehicular movement from January 9, for re-construction of new bridge on the same location. In this regard, DC Dimapur Kesonyu Yhome has asked the departments of PHE and electrical and cellular companies-Airtel, Aircel, BSNL and all cable operators to remove materials from the site within 15 days starting from January 4. M/s Aien Meren Enterprises NST Colony, Dimapur, permitted for the work, has been asked to start the work on the expiry of the stimulated date. Public/citizen residing in the vicinity has also been asked to co-operate with the developmental activities.
