DIMAPUR, OCT 4 (NPN): Ongpangkong Mungdang said that the Mungdang has endorsed the Ao Senden press release published on September 23, 2026, regarding the disparaging remarks made against Dr S.C. Jamir by V.S. Atem, deputy ato kilonser of NSCN (I-M), and R.H. Raising, member of the Steering Committee, NSCN (I-M), on September 16. In a press release issued by Ongpangkong Mungdang president Alemtoshi Imsong and general secretary T. Tiawapang, the Mungdang also appealed to the two NSCN (I-M) leaders to retract their statements in the interest of the Nagas.
