The Federal Government of Nagaland (Singnya-Zhopra) has vehemently condemned the barbaric act of unknown miscreant(s) who hurled the grenade inside the Ideal Chemist at Nyamo Lotha Road on May 29 which claimed one innocent life and injuring others seriously.
NNC/FGN ministry of Rali Wali Affairs MIP stated that “whoever it may be, one should not indulge in such activities of dastardly act” when the Naga people as a whole long for bringing peace in our land. “This kind of undesirable act should be condemned by one and all as we firmly believe in the policy of “non-violence”, the act of violence cannot be solved any problem and therefore, all should adhere to it by avoiding social unrest in our own homeland” stated the release.
WSH: The Western Sumi Hoho (WSH) has strongly condemned the bomb blast that took place at M/S Ideal Pharmacy, Dimapur on May 29. In a condemnation note, WSH president, Zheshito Swu and general secretary, Vikato K. Achumi described the incident as cowardly act which had no place in Naga society. The hoho appealed to all section of society to condemn such heinous crime that created fear psychosis in the minds of the peace loving citizens and distort the peaceful atmosphere of the society. WSH further appealed the law enforcing agency to do its best to arrest the culprits at the earliest possible time. It expressed condolence to the bereaved family and prays for the speedy recovery of those injured in the incident.
