Orientation programme on GST at Dimapur Govt College

An orientation programme on Goods and Services Tax (GST) was conducted by Department of Commerce, Dimapur Govt. College (DGC) in coordination with State Taxes Department & IQAC, DGC on March 31 at the Seminar Hall of Dimapur Govt. College from 9 am onwards.
The resource person for the programme, Zulutemsu, asst. commissioner of state taxes, Nagaland, Dimapur highlighted the basic concepts and the key features of GST, with special reference to Nagaland.
Chairperson of the program, Mezhulhoulie Angami, asst. professor highlighted the purpose of the orientation which was especially organized for the students of B. Com and B.A. 6th semester who are pursuing their studies on GST as well as for the 8th semester students of B. Com & B.A.
Altogether, 110 students attended the program which concluded with an interactive session between the resource person and the students.
