Minister for Health & Family Welfare (H&FW), S. Pangnyu Phom, paid a courtesy call on Union Minister for Ports, Shipping & Waterways and AYUSH, Sarbanada Sonowal, at his official residence in New Delhi on Friday.
In a press release, PRO, Nagaland house, New Delhi Kuolie Mere informed that during the meeting, Pangnyu congratulated Sarbanada Sonowal for his second inning as a union minister.
During the meeting, Pangnyu highlighted the AYUSH scheme and activities of the department in the state.
The minister said that AYUSH hospital in the interior parts of the state would cater to grassroots people in the state.
Meanwhile, union minister Sonowal acknowledged that the scheme was well implemented in the state and assured that the ministry of AYUSH would extend all possible help and assistance to complete the project in Nagaland and North Eastern states.
