Deputy Chief Minister, Y. Patton, on Monday visited Aizawl for a series of meetings with BJP leaders and called on Chief Minister of Mizoram, Lalduhoma. A press release by media cell of Dy. CM informed that during his visit, Patton also met BJP president of Mizoram, Vanlalhmuaka and other office bearers. He thanked them for the party’s efforts during the recent elections. Patton further said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the BJP will work hard as an effective voice to highlight the development issues in Mizoram.
Deputy CM also had a productive meeting with the, Mizoram chief minister Lalduhoma. They discussed several issues of mutual interest between the two states, the release stated.
Meanwhile, Patton met the elected BJP MLAs from Saiha and Palak constituencies – Dr. K Beichhua and K Hrahmo and expressed confidence that they will serve their constituents well and contribute to the state’s progress.
