Patton condemns J&K terror attack

Nagaland deputy chief minister, Y Patton, has strongly condemned the “horrific terror attack” in Jammu & Kashmir’s Pahalgam on April 22, 2025.

In a statement, Patton said that this act of violence was not just an assault on the innocent, but “an attack on peace, unity, and the values we hold as a nation.”

He expressed condolences to the families who have lost their loved ones and affirmed that the state stood with them in this hour of grief and sorrow. Patton also wished speedy recovery of all those who have been injured.

“Let there be no doubt—those behind this heinous act will be brought to justice. Terror will never be allowed to triumph,” Patton added.
