PBCA launches NBCC clean election movement

Phom Baptist Christian Association (PBCA) under the aegis of Nagaland Baptist Churches Council (NBCC) launched “Clean Election Movement (CEM)” on September 16.

A press release by PBCA stated that CEM convenor Rev. H. Be-au and Deputy Commissioner (DC) Longleng M. Shayung Phom encouraged the gathering to spread the message of clean election effectively.

Main speaker of the programme, Rev. L. Anjo Keikung spoke on the theme, “my vote, my future” while executive secretary N. Tialemba Phom released the clean election guide book.

The programme was also addressed by presidents of PBCA, PPC, PH, PSC and assistant election officer, Longleng wherein all extended their support towards the clean election movement initiated by PBCA.
