PC organises CBTP for peace animators

Peace Channel (PC) Dimapur, organized 3-day capacity building training programme  (CBTP) for district animators on August 26, 27 and 29, under the topics, inner peace, self-management, heart of listening and skill development for a team of Peace Channel animators who were spread across various districts of Nagaland, involved in upbringing of achieving Nagaland a peaceful state by 2030. 

A press release by Peace Channel media desk, stated that, resource persons for the training programme included director, PC, Fr. Dr. C.P Anto, and Sr. Theresa. Fr. Dr. C.P Anto spoke on the topics, “Strengthening inner strength in peace building” and “Self-management” in which, he stated that in order to accept oneself, one has to defeat fear to receive inner strength. He also emphasised on self-management as a goal setting, as he believed that if one is able to control behaviour, thoughts as well as manage stress, one would be fit to accomplish the other vows of life. 
Sr. Theresa, in her speech, delivered an insight on “Spirituality of inner peace” on how every nation practices peace and motivated everyone on becoming aware of one’s life and how one could contribute in creating peaceful space within the self, group and society as people.
Trainer and consultant, PC, Vitono Haralu, moderated the 3-day capacity training on “Ethics and Values”, “Heart of Listening”, “Doors of your thoughts”, “Life Graph” with the purpose to have a check and balance in one’s personal and professional space in life.
