Phek District Myatas Gayatri Damaged Victim Association (PDMGDVA) has postponed the proposed third phase of agitation, which was set to begin on December 14, 2023.
In a press release, PDMGDVA convener Pushoyi Nyekha and general secretary Kuvesa Medeo stated the agitation was postponed after minister KG Kenye during a meeting on December 13 assured to take up the matter before the state cabinet meeting scheduled on December 15. PDMGDVA has, therefore, appealed to the state cabinet to release the damaged compensation to the poor victims at the earliest.
