Reiterating on its 2012 resolution to check all contract works under Phek district, be it state works, central or PMGSY, the Phek District Nagaland Contractors & Suppliers Union (PDNCSU) said that it will not tolerate any contract works which were underperforming and that quality should not be compromised for whatsoever reasons and circumstances.
In a press release, PDNCSU president Kuzhoseyi Alex Soho and general secretary, Razou Lohe stated that, if any such works were identified, it would not hesitate to lodge complain to the concerned authority and “take legal action be it company or individual firms.”
The PDNCSU stated that it would be undertaking a tour of the district very soon in view of complains from certain areas of Phek district.
