DIMAPUR: The Department of Telecommunications (DoT), in coordination with BSNL NE II Telecom Circle, will organise a Pension Adalat for DoT and BSNL pensioners of the NE II Telecom Circle on July 31, from 10 a.m. onwards at the Conference Hall, BSNL NE II Circle Office, Dimapur.
According to a PIB report, the Pension Adalat is being organised to provide a dedicated platform for redressal of pension related grievances.
The NE II Telecom Circle, covering Nagaland, Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh, conducts Pension Adalats on a rotational basis every quarter at locations including Dimapur, Imphal and Itanagar, as well as other centres with sizeable pensioner populations to ensure greater accessibility.
Pensioners have been requested to submit their grievances in advance through E mail, SAMPANN portal, Speed Post, by hand, or WhatsApp.
