PFST condemns firing at Shamator

Public Forum Shamator Town (PFST) has condemned the alleged firing took place at Shahwuh ‘B’ Sector Shamator on January 16, at around 5:40 am.  In a press note, PFST president, Y.Tokiu and general secretary, Kekiuba claimed that some miscreants “nurturing” from Shamator village fired several rounds from their “sophisticated weapons”, which was targeted towards the innocent public.
PFST also claimed that the intention of the miscreants was to disturb peace and tranquillity in Shamator sub-division.  Taking the incident seriously, PFST warned that any attempt by an individual or group to create fear psychosis among the general public would be dealt strictly. PFST urged the administration and security forces to be vigilant in order to prevent the “anticipated incident” which might take place any time taking advantage of the vulnerable situation in the region.
