PHED conducts cleanliness drive

DIMAPUR

As part of the nationwide fortnight campaign “Swachhata Hi Seva 2025” under the theme “Swachhotsav,” the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) Nagaland conducted a state-wide cleanliness drive, joining the rest of the country in observing the ‘Ek Din, Ek Ghanta, Ek Saath’ initiative.
According to Thepfulie, State IEC Consultant, WSSO, PHED, the drive aimed to promote cleanliness and reinforce collective responsibility towards maintaining a hygienic and sustainable environment.
The state-level activity was also carried out in and around the PHED Directorate, Kohima, with officials and staff contributing one hour of voluntary swachhata service.
