PHED Phek training on water quality

A one-day training program on Water Quality Monitoring & Surveillance with WATSAN committee, was organized by DWSM, PHED Phek division, sponsored by WSSO, PHED Nagaland, at Phek town council hall, Phek on February 9.

A press release from IEC consultant PHED, Phek, Kutulu Vero stated that Kethonu Theyo, chemist, PHED, Phek, emphasized on the importance of water quality and the duty of the WATSAN committee to collect water samples and get them tested from their respective villages. 
Water testing kits were distributed to all the trainees and also they were also given hands on demonstrations of the field testing kits.
