Principal secretary, Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), M.K. Mero released Information, Education & Communication (IEC) materials pertaining to Swachhta Hi Seva/cleanliness is service at the chief engineer office here on Friday. A consultative meeting with department officials was also conducted with the main goal to enable and empower the rural community to involve, have greater sense of belonging and to take more active role in shouldering the responsibility of managing effectively the water and sanitation system through the state.
