PHED tier II training concludes

Five-day Tier II training on ‘Aquifer Information System and management’ for Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) technical officers concluded Friday at PHED directorate office, Kohima.
The training was launched on September 7.
 According to superintending engineer, Kohima Circle, Er. Yhunilo Tep, the department has benefited in many ways, which would be helpful for the state of Nagaland. He acknowledged the course director, Dr. Utpal Gogoi, regional director, CGWB, NeR for taking initiative in conducting the training. In the closing remarks SDO Kohima urban division, Er. Niri-e lauded the Central Ground Water Board NeR, Guwahati & RGI Raipur under the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation. 
The closing program was chaired by CGWB, NeR, P. Kalita. 
Altogether 33participants attended the five day training from all the districts and received qualified certificate from the Central Ground Water Board NeR, Guwahati & RGI Raipur.
