PHED (Urban) EE office sealed in Kma

In view of the detection of one COVID-19 positive staff in the office of the executive engineer, PHED (Urban), Kohima, the District Task Force (DTF) Kohima at an emergency meeting held on July 19, 2020 decided to seal the office with effect from July 20, 2020. 

In an order, the deputy commissioner (DC) Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie, notified that EE office has been temporarily closed/shut for 48 hours. DC said fumigation of the premises was being initiated besides following all health safety measures and SOPs of the government. 
The sealed area has been mapped and cordoned off and the public have been advised to follow all safety precautions of wearing masks all the time, frequently washing hands and maintain social/physical distances to ensure public hygiene and personal safety within the proximity of the sealed area.
