MLAs Kuzholuzo (Azo) Nienu and Kezhienyi Khalo on October 15 promised their fullest cooperation to the ongoing Phek Government College’s preparation for the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) assessment.
In a press release, Phek Government College stated that extending solidarity to the college, Azo conveyed deep concern for the overall growth of the college. Azo recalled that he and Khalo had raised some matters related to Phek College in the recently concluded second session of the 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly. He promised to pursue whatever commitment was made through the government’s reply. Azo maintained that human resource development was the need of the hour for a strong and bright society. We can see drastic development provided we utilize human resources to the maximum, he added.
Phek College principal, Dr. Vizovol Mekro said that preparation for the NAAC assessment was going on full swing and appreciated the support of each and every individual. The college is awaiting assessment by NAAC (UGC) during October-November this year.
