In view of the construction of two-lane of Pfutsero-Phek road (SARDP-NE),deputy commissioner Phek, Orenthung Lotha has informed all the landowners/ governmental/non-governmental agencies to clear /vacate the acquired buildings, plantations, fisheries and any other structures on the compensated area within one month from the date of issue of this order.
It further stated that after the stipulated date the acquired land would be taken possession by the national highways and infrastructures development corporations limited (MoRTH) without any further notice.
