Phelhuozou khel of Zhadima village celebrated its silver jubilee with much zest and pomp on Wednesday. Gracing the occasion as special guest, Roko Angami, president Nagaland Football Coaches Association (NFCA) and VDB secretary Zhadima village said that jubilee was a time to forgive and forget the past misdeed if any and to renew vigor for better future.
He called upon the inhabitants of Phelhuozou khel to uphold unity and also maintain friendly atmosphere with other khels and villagers for peaceful coexistence.
He challenged the youths to stay connected with the fast changing world and excel in the field of education, entrepreneurship and sports.
The function was chaired by Thepfulie Theunuo, convenor organizing committee.
Welcome address was delivered by Dziesevituo Kuotsu, GB, P. Khel while elderly blessing was pronounced by Vilalhou Khoubve.
