Plg.& Coordination dept bids farewell to outgoing officer

Department of planning and coordination organised a farewell programme for its outgoing additional development commissioner, Nosazol Charles, on July 31 at the conference hall, Nagaland Civil Secretariat, Kohima. 

According to a DIPR report, various speakers congratulated the outgoing officer on the completion of a successful career and thanked him for his service to the state government.

The department highlighted his instrumental role in the successful confirmation of the departmental service rule and for setting up of the sustainable development goals coordination centre (SDGCC) besides other notable achievements. 

In his speech, Nosazol Charles thanked the minister of planning and coordination, Neiba Kronu, the administrative heads and heads of the various state departments for their cooperation and support during his tenure.

He also said that his career achievements were made possible because of the hard work carried out by the department staff. 

Earlier, the programme was chaired by joint development commissioner, Augustine M Yanthan, who also delivered the vote of thanks.

The programme was attended by minister, planning & co-ordination, land revenue & parliamentary affairs, Neiba Kronu, senior officers and staff of the planning & co-ordination department. Joint development commissioner, Akyuba Sangtam would be the next incumbent to head the department, DIPR informed.
