Having seen the alarming rate of HIV infection in Nagaland, people in need foundation (PNF) organised three-day training at Don Bosco Institute of Development and Leadership (DBI-dl) from November 7 to 9.
Founder of constellation and AIDS competence process (ACP) Belgium, Dr. Jean Louis Lamboray and national coordinator on “community life competence” Delhi, Ritu B. Nanda facilitated the training for Dimapur based NGOs and DAPCU staff. Deputy chief medical officer (CMO) Dr. Antoly supported the programme. Dr. Jean-Louis Lamboray and PNF team visited NSACS and interacted with Dr. Vinito Chishi and Dr. Bernice and staff.
A group action plan was also made for Dimapur, which would be implemented with active cooperation from NGOs, DAPCU, ASHA and Anganwadi workers with selected villages, colonies, under deputy CMO, Dr. Antoly Swu.
