Polls: 117 file papers on Feb 6

Office of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Nagaland informed that 117 candidates including standby from different political parties filed nomination paper on Monday.
According to CEO office, 10 candidates filed nominations in Dimapur, four in Peren, 12 in Kohima, one in Pughoboto, 12 in Phek, 19 in Mokokchung, eight in Zunheboto, 12 in Wokha, 17 in Mon, seven in Longleng, six in Tuensang, one in Kiphire, five in Chümoukedima, one in Tseminyu and two in Shamator. February 7 is the last date for filing nominations, while scrutiny of papers will take place on February 8 and February 10, the last date for withdrawal.
