Power grid sub-station Dimapur organised a tree plantation-cum-medical check-up at its premises, here on Friday.
The plantation drive-cum-check-up was organised to celebrate the “one nation-one grid-one frequency” under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.
Altogether, 25 saplings were planted during the drive. Meanwhile, the medical check-up was carried out by retired medical doctor from Assam, Dr Dimeswar Bharali where labourers and staff of Power grid station were provided with free medical treatment and medicines.
