Power department has informed supply of power to Zunheboto district would be disrupted occasionally in view of the jungle cutting along 66KV Mokokchung–Zunheboto transmission line from November 4-9, 2019. Further, the department has informed that due to stringing of 33 kV Kohima Ringmains near 33/11 kV Lerie Sub-Station there would be a total shutdown of power supply from 6 am to 2 pm on November 2, 2019. All consumers in Chakhabama area, Lerie Colony and Southern Angami area have been requested to extend cooperation.
