Power department has informed that there would a total shutdown of power supply in parts of Kohima district from September 12-15 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The department further stated that the shutdown was being necessitated to carry out stringing work of 132 kV D/C Transmission line from Zhadima to Nagaland University near Zhadima Village by POWERGRID.
The affected areas of the power supply include Zhadima, Ziezu, Phekerkriema, Viphoma, Viphoma model, Logwesunyu, Tsosinyu and 10th IR Bn Camp.
