In view of the forthcoming election of the President of India, commissioner & secretary NLA, Benjamin Newmai has said that if any member who wishes to cast his vote in New Delhi may obtain the application form and submit the same by July 3, 2017 for submission to ECI. Newmai said once the option is availed, it would be final and no changes would be allowed thereafter.
