Block level sensitization programme on aadhaar seeding for Longmatra block in Kiphire district was conducted on June 28 at the district headquarters, Hopongkyu Memorial Hall.
Longmatra block BDO, K. Langshen Khiamniungan, who chaired the programme, urged upon all job card holders under MGNREGA to be aware of their rights.
He also asked all to strictly and promptly comply the instructions given by the ministry of rural development and the concerned department of the State. The main topic on aadhaar seeding was delivered by Samuel T Sangtam, BAPO and branch manager State Bank of India, Kiphire Branch. Village Council Chairman, VDB Secretaries and women leaders from Longmatra Block attended the sensitization programme and vote of thanks was delivered by S.O Supongrepba.
