The Student Christian Movement of India (SCMI) North East Zone 2 of ICFAI University, in collaboration with SCMI of Sakus Mission College (SMC), observed a program on “Suatainable Water Development” on September 30 at the SMC auditorium.
A press release by SCMI stated that speaker of the event, SMC Chaplin, Amenla Aier, while speaking on “sustainable water development” laid stress on the importance of water as the lifeline, and precondition for human existence and the sustainability of the planet.
The program was chaired by Takalong, invocation was said by staff advisor SCMI of ICFAI, Neisal Theyo; keynote address was delivered by program secretary (NEZ-2), Tolly T Yeptho; members of SMC SCMI presented the SCMI theme song followed by a duet by ICFAI unit. A vote of thanks was proposed by staff advisor, SCMI of SMC, Limanaro.
