In his continued effort to reach out and assist people involved in combating COVID-19 pandemic, the deputy chief minister provided protective gears to NSSA.
While handing over the protective gears, which included face mask, hand gloves and hand sanitiser, he appealed to the citizens to cooperate with the government and follow the guidelines, reminding them that maintaining social distancing and personal hygiene were the key to prevent the spread of the virus.
He said the existing standard operating procedures (SOP) would continue to be followed.
