Puliebadze Club 44th foundation day

Puliebadze Club Jotsoma (PCJ) observed its 44th foundation day on August 1 at Jotsoma village council hall. Speaking at the programme as the resource person, Krurovi Peseyie emphasized that, the club being a voluntary organization for the welfare of all, should also extend voluntary and charitable services even beyond the jurisdiction of the village. He also called upon the youngsters to preserve and document “our” invaluable culture, history and good practices of forefathers and pass-on undistorted facts to the future generation.
Puliebadze Club Award for the year 2016, consisting of a citation and cash of Rs. 5000/- was awarded to Vikhelhou Nagi, son of Seyiekhrielie Nagi, who had scored the highest in HSLC exam 2016 amongst the candidates from Jotsoma village.
Commemorating the day, a mass plantation drive was carried out along the approach road of Mt. Puliebadze for which seedlings were provided by the Kohima Forest Division.
The Programme was chaired by president PCJ Vizovoto Nagi, invocation prayer by R.D Peseyie, special number by Medo & friends and vote of thanks was pronounced by Kezhalezo.
