Padumpukhuri Village Council (PVC) has strongly condemned the September 2 hit and run incident at Padumpukhuri, where Madhubala Debbarma succumbed on the spot. PVC in a condemnation note said it was “hard to digest the taking of innocent life without any of her fault”.
The council also cautioned against reckless driving and urged upon the concern authority to take action as per the law. Padumpukhuri Village Council further prayed that the almighty give solace to the bereaved family.
