PVC reaffirms to protect environment

Reaffirming to its earlier resolution to protect environmental from further destruction by increasing human activities, the Phesama Village Council (PVC) has authorized the Phesama Youth Organisation to implement the notice with immediate effect.
In a release, Phesama Village Council chairman Vimedo Chuse stated that the 1994 resolution included banned on hunting, fishing, collecting of firewood/grass/herbs/plants etc., burning of jungles, throwing of loose mud, dumping of waste materials and immoral & anti-social activities within its jurisdiction.
In this regard, it warned the defaulter (s) would be fined and penalized as per the Phesama Village Council law.
