Pongidong Village Students Union (PVSU) has clarified that the news item published on March 2 under the headline PVSU urges government servants to attend work” remain corrected.
In a press release, PVSU president Nzanchumo Humtsoe and general secretary Benathung Tsopoe has clarified that the sentence “these department were not attending to their assign duties within pongidong village”, should be read as “the concerned government employees within Pongidong village to attend their duties sincerely”. Pongidong Village Students Union said “the union vociferously claimed that, government servant not attending to their assigned duties within Pongidong village is uncalled for and injustices”. Therefore, the union has tendered apology for the error to the “effected party”.
