Congress president Rahul Gandhi will address the party’s election rally at DDSC stadium, Dimapur from 10 a.m. onwards, said NPCC sources. Rahul will arrive Dimapur the same morning and after the meeting, will fly to Assam, where he is to address public meetings at Bokakhat Sports Complex Ground, Golaghat district and Govt. H.S. School Ground, North Lakhimpur.
